In the format of a meta-analysis, we collect nothing less than a flood of information on employers, millions of data, and translate it into correlated and evaluated sets. Based on data – for the good of people.
The idea to transfer a concept that we already knew and appreciated in various other areas of our lives – that is, utilising large amounts of different types of data to maximise their informative value – into the area of employer certification was born back in 2017.
Millions of data don't lie! With our methodology, we identify who are truly good employers and who are not – not based on gut feeling, but data-based, holistic and target-group oriented.
